Afterhours Hosting Terms of Service

These Terms apply to Afterhours Hosting, the customer portal, Minecraft server provisioning, support tools, automation systems, and Afterhours Clips upload tooling.

Use of the service

You may use Afterhours Hosting for lawful Minecraft hosting, community, support, and approved content workflows. You are responsible for your account, your server content, and activity performed through your account.

Accounts and security

• Provide accurate account information.
• Keep passwords and OAuth approvals secure.
• Do not share credentials in Discord or public chats.
• Afterhours may suspend access for abuse, security risk, fraud, or rule violations.

Minecraft hosting rules

• No malware, botnets, credential theft, phishing, illegal content, or abusive network activity.
• No attempts to bypass Pterodactyl, node, or resource limits.
• Free servers are provided as available and may have quotas, split limits, or fair-use restrictions.
• Paid servers are subject to plan limits, manual approval, billing status, and availability.

Support and AI tools

AI support may draft answers and collect details before staff replies. AI output can be imperfect. Staff decisions and platform rules remain authoritative.

Afterhours Clips and YouTube uploads

• You must only submit or approve footage you own, have permission to use, or are otherwise legally allowed to publish.
• Uploads use official Google/YouTube OAuth where configured.
• By approving an upload, you confirm you have the required rights and accept responsibility for the published content.
• We may keep logs of upload IDs, titles, approval status, and operational metadata.

Service availability

We try to keep services online, but uptime is not guaranteed. Maintenance, outages, third-party API issues, node limitations, or security events may affect service.

Payments and refunds

Paid services, when enabled, are manually approved and billed according to the selected plan or written agreement. Refunds or credits are handled case by case unless otherwise required by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Afterhours may suspend or terminate accounts or servers that violate these Terms, create security risk, or abuse resources.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the platform changes. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
